1. About LuxorStar

LuxorStar is an Egyptian travel platform specialising in guided tours, Nile cruises, cultural experiences, and activities across Egypt. We act as an intermediary connecting travellers with local tour operators and service providers.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

3. User Accounts

To book on our platform, you may be required to create a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. LuxorStar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tour Operations

Tours are operated by certified local operators partnered with LuxorStar. While we carefully vet our partners, LuxorStar cannot be held liable for unforeseen changes in itinerary, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with the operator to offer a reasonable alternative or a credit/refund where applicable.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in their chosen activities. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions during booking. LuxorStar and its partners reserve the right to refuse participation to any person whose health or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of LuxorStar and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LuxorStar's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, personal injury (unless caused by our gross negligence), loss of baggage, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Luxor, Egypt.

9. Changes to Terms

LuxorStar reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
